I will certainly try this place again for lunch since I don't want to spend the $$ for dinner again to be disappointed. That is all growing pains with opening a new place - I get it! It does seem there is a learning curve happening in the back with some reading papers and asking 'how many shrimp go in this' and 'what veggie goes here'. On a positive note: people here seem very nice, it seems very clean, and I'm sure this business will do well (if they can get the food under control). Both my wife and I agreed that if the noddles are going to be soggy and overcooked as they were that we will not come back here so I sincerely hope this is fixed! I've never had Thai noodles over cooked this much. However, the noodles were WAY over cooked - like bad.
